البيانات المالية وبيانات الدفع: ندعم في المنصة وسيلتي الدفع: "الدفع عند الاستلام" (Cash on Delivery - COD) والدفع الإلكتروني عبر الإنترنت. تُعالَج جميع عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني بالكامل من خلال بوابات دفع خارجية عالية الأمان من أطراف ثالثة (مثل PayTabs)، ونؤكد بشكل قاطع أن كانجو لا تجمع أو تخزن أو تعالج أي أرقام بطاقات ائتمانية، أو أرقام الحساب الأولية (PAN)، أو أي بيانات بنكية خام على خوادمنا الخاصة.
بيانات المعاملات والطلبات: تشمل تفاصيل الطلبات السابقة والحالية، سجل المشتريات، المتاجر والمطاعم المفضلة لديك، قيمة الطلبات، طرق الدفع المستخدمة، وأي تعليمات خاصة بالتوصيل.
البيانات التقنية ومعلومات الجهاز: نقوم بجمع بيانات تقنية تلقائياً تشمل عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP Address)، نوع الجهاز المحمول أو الكمبيوتر، نظام التشغيل وإصداره، نوع المتصفح، معرفات الجهاز الفريدة (Device IDs)، بيانات شبكة الهاتف المحمول، وإعدادات المنطقة الزمنية.
بيانات الاتصالات والدعم: نحتفظ بسجلات التواصل المتبادل بينك وبين فريق خدمة العملاء (عبر الدردشة، البريد الإلكتروني، أو المكالمات الهاتفية المسجلة لأغراض الجودة)، بالإضافة إلى تقييماتك ومراجعاتك للتجار والمندوبين.

المادة 2: الأغراض القانونية والتشغيلية لاستخدام بياناتك الشخصية

نحن لا نجمع بياناتك إلا للأغراض المشروعة والمحددة التي تضمن تقديم خدمة استثنائية وآمنة. يتم استخدام البيانات للأغراض التالية:

إنشاء وإدارة الحسابات: لتسجيلك كمستخدم جديد، التحقق من هويتك، وإدارة وتأمين حسابك الشخصي على المنصة.
تنفيذ الطلبات وتقديم الخدمات اللوجستية: لإحالة طلباتك بدقة إلى التجار (المطاعم، المتاجر، الصيدليات) للتحضير، ومشاركة بيانات الاتصال والموقع الخاصة بك مع مندوبي التوصيل لضمان استلامك للطلب في أسرع وقت.
معالجة المدفوعات: لإتمام العمليات المالية المتاحة، إدارة رصيد محفظة "كانجو"، إصدار الفواتير الضريبية، ومعالجة طلبات استرداد الأموال (Refunds) عند الضرورة.
تحسين تجربة المستخدم وتطوير المنصة: لإجراء تحليلات البيانات، فهم سلوكيات المستخدمين، اكتشاف الأخطاء البرمجية (Bugs) وإصلاحها، وتطوير خوارزميات المنصة لعرض المتاجر والمنتجات الأقرب إليك والأكثر ملاءمة لتفضيلاتك.
منع الاحتيال وتعزيز الأمن: لمراقبة المعاملات المشبوهة، حماية حسابك من الوصول غير المصرح به، التحقق من صحة استخدام قسائم الخصم (Promo Codes)، ومنع الأنشطة غير القانونية أو غسيل الأموال.
التواصل والتسويق: لإرسال التحديثات الهامة المتعلقة بحالة طلبك (عبر الإشعارات أو الرسائل)، تزويدك بالعروض الترويجية، الخصومات، النشرات الإخبارية، والحملات التسويقية التي نعتقد أنها تهمك (ويحق لك دائماً إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت).

المادة 3: الأطراف التي نشارك معها بياناتك الشخصية

مندوبي التوصيل: نشارك اسمك، رقم هاتفك، وعنوان التوصيل الدقيق مع المندوب المكلف لتسهيل عملية النقل والتسليم المادي للطلب.
مزودي الخدمات التقنية (الطرف الثالث): نشارك البيانات مع شركات موثوقة تقدم خدمات بالنيابة عنا، مثل خوادم الاستضافة السحابية (Cloud Hosting)، مقدمي خدمات الرسائل النصية والبريد الإلكتروني، ووكالات تحليل البيانات وأبحاث السوق. تلتزم هذه الأطراف باتفاقيات سرية صارمة تمنعهم من استخدام بياناتك لأي أغراض أخرى.
الجهات الحكومية والإنفاذ القانوني: التزاماً منا بالقوانين المصرية، قد نضطر للإفصاح عن بياناتك للجهات الأمنية، أو القضائية، أو الحكومية المختصة إذا طُلب منا ذلك بموجب أمر قضائي نافذ، أو لدعم التحقيقات الرسمية، أو لحماية حقوق، وممتلكات، وسلامة شركة كانجو ومستخدميها.
عمليات نقل الملكية التجارية: في حالة اندماج الشركة، أو الاستحواذ عليها، أو بيع أصولها لكيان آخر، ستكون بيانات المستخدمين جزءاً من الأصول المنقولة، مع ضمان التزام الكيان الجديد بنفس معايير الخصوصية المذكورة في هذه الوثيقة.

المادة 4: الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحق حذف الحساب

نحن نحتفظ ببياناتك الشخصية طالما كان حسابك نشطاً لتقديم خدماتنا. يتيح لك تطبيق "كانجو" حق طلب حذف حسابك بالكامل وكافة البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به في أي وقت. يمكنك تنفيذ ذلك بكل سهولة وبشكل مباشر من خلال خيار "حذف الحساب" المتاح داخل قائمة الإعدادات في التطبيق. بمجرد تأكيد طلب الحذف، سيتم محو بياناتك من خوادمنا، باستثناء بعض السجلات الأساسية (مثل فواتير الطلبات السابقة) التي نلتزم بالاحتفاظ بها مؤقتاً للامتثال للمتطلبات الضريبية والقانونية المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية.

المادة 5: استخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) والتخزين المحلي (Local Storage) ورموز المصادقة (Tokens) وتقنيات التتبع

ما هي الكوكيز؟ هي ملفات نصية صغيرة يتم تخزينها على متصفحك أو جهازك عند زيارة منصتنا. تهدف إلى تحسين وتخصيص تجربتك الرقمية.

حق مسح البيانات (الحق في النسيان): يحق لك طلب حذف حسابك ومسح بياناتك الشخصية من خوادمنا. يمكنك بدء عملية حذف الحساب من خلال إعدادات التطبيق. يرجى العلم أنه في حال وجود طلبات قيد التنفيذ، أو مبالغ مالية مستحقة عليك، أو منازعات معلقة، سيتم تعليق طلب الحذف حتى تتم تسوية هذه المتعلقات بشكل نهائي. بعض البيانات سيتم أرشفتها بشكل مشفر للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية للدولة.

المادة 8: الروابط والمواقع التابعة لأطراف ثالثة

قد تحتوي منصتنا على روابط تحيلك إلى مواقع أو تطبيقات تابعة لأطراف ثالثة (مثل إعلانات لشركات أخرى). نحن لا نتحكم في محتوى تلك المواقع، ولا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن ممارسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. سياسة الخصوصية هذه تنطبق حصرياً على المعلومات التي تجمعها منصة "كانجو". ننصحك بشدة بقراءة سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك المواقع الخارجية قبل تقديم أي بيانات شخصية لها.

تم تصميم منصة "كانجو" لتُستخدم من قبل الأشخاص البالغين (18 عاماً فأكثر). نحن لا نقوم عن قصد أو علم بجمع بيانات شخصية من الأطفال أو القصر دون موافقة أولياء أمورهم. إذا علمنا أننا قمنا بجمع بيانات من شخص قاصر دون وجود إشراف قانوني، فسنقوم على الفور باتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لحذف تلك المعلومات من خوادمنا بشكل دائم وإغلاق الحساب.

المادة 10: التحديثات والتعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية
